As a sales manager for the Fleet Telematics, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will be working closely with industry managers and FAEs, acting as a hunter – proactively identifying potential customers, clearly presenting our solutions and their value to close deals.
We are looking for proactive and ambitious sales professionals with experience in the Fleet Telematics industry. You should be capable of developing new customers, maintaining customer relationships after achieving partnership, and establishing and nurturing channel partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to enter a fast-growing industry, where you will be rewarded both professionally and financially. This is a remote position, requiring travel to visit customers and attend onsite meetings (Travel is required for approximately 50% of the time).
Preferred location is Dallas, Texas. We welcome applications from any location within the United States. Our recruitment team will discuss with you to determine the region where you are most likely to succeed, based on your location and InHand’s business development needs. It would be a strong plus if you could work daily in our Dallas office.
What You’ll Do:
Develop potential customers and channel partners.
Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing—aiming to meet annual sales targets.
Understand potential customers’ needs and goals using consultative sales techniques, and present tailored solutions.
Engage customers via calls, virtual meetings, social media outreach, inperson visits, and trade shows.
Collaborate with channel and ecosystem partners to promote our Fleet Telematics to potential customers.
Participate in the company’s training sessions to continuously learn and master product features, and stay informed about industry developments Work with other teams within the company, providing feedback on markets, customers, and competitors, participating
in marketing activities, and adhering to company policies.

Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers.
Proficient phone skills, exceptional listening abilities, and good writing skills.
Quick learner, comfortable leveraging CRM tools, generative AI, and social platforms to boost productivity.
Industry knowledge and experience in Fleet Telematics.
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced tech industry, willingness for continuous learning, and enthusiasm for technological advancements.
Innate curiosity about products, customer needs, and industry trends—constantly seeking ways to grow and innovate.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or with a valid work permit for the U.S
